As the single dragonborn on the Jubarian Royal Court, Occaas has many eyes on him and very little ways to hide from attention. Born in a small clan at The Wild Wastes, he has come far to become part of the Scholars of Magic that function as the advisors of the Sultan of Jubar in arcane means. His unique perspective and mastery of draconic magic have made him a useful part of the court.

Occaas is large, over 2 metres tall and had flame red scales that have started to fade in places. His eyes are iron grey and he has a pair of horns starting from his brows and continuing to back of his head with a slight curve.
