Jiddab
Where once sat a large town, now lays the ruins of Jiddab, that housed the great temple library for the goddess Mystra. It stood in a caravan road and had sizable traffic due to scholars, wizards and pilgrims who came to the town to learn arcane arts.
After the town was under siege by the hands of rebelling faction, great disaster struck the city in form of a powerful, unhinged aasimar which destroyed the town to the ground. To this day, the priceless books and scrolls from the temple library are dug out from the ruins, in hopes of finding higher knowledge.
