Lady Eilibi Pipetune
"Lady" Birgit "Pipetune" Rehtniw (a.k.a. Eilibi)
As the Lady Eilibi's Mechanical Circus rolls into town, presence of the lady Eilibi has often seen as a harmless treat. However, few actually know that her presence isn't shunned by the royalty because of their taste of entertainment, but due to the fear what would happen, if lady Eilibi would ever go and tell that the title "lady" she goes by is far more accurate than they dare to admit.
Entertainer extraordinaire, excellent tinkerer and a thorn on the side of the royal family, Eilibi knowns how to make an impression to any audience, and make them dance on the tune of her pipes, if she ever so wishes.

Body Features
Fabulous lady Eilibi is a tall Rock Gnome, with black-brown hair with green stripe and bright blue eyes. She wears colourful clothing and several rings, as well as large glasses, though it is uncertain does she actually need them or are they just for show.

Personal history
Eilibi was born to princess Julie Winther in 3988, causing a scandal in the court of the Kingdom of Vilender. Not only was the pregnancy unexpected and out of wedlock, but it also became instantly apparent that the human princess had had an affair with recently disappeared gnomish court jester, who left his half-gnome daughter as his final jest to the court.
The baby was named Birgit and was hidden from the public eye, either with flat denials of her existence or with stories of her being too sickly for the spotlight, little Birgit grew hidden in one faraway mansion of the royal family in northern Vilender. She would grow in presence of her mother and few servants, having strained relationship to most of her family members who saw her as an embarrassment. She did, however, have the eye of one of her more distant relatives, uncle Ivar, who found her bright mind and sunny personality simply delightful and saw that the girl was well treated and would receive a worthy education.
Little Birgit had happy if a bit lonely childhood, showing great passion for arts. In the age of 10, she received a mechanical bird, music box of sorts as a birthday present from her uncle, and she became interested in the bird's inner workings. Ivar would get a tutor for the girl, and Birgit showed to be a bright, studious and talented student.
When Birgit turned 18-years-old, her cousin, prince Gert dies to a sudden illness. The event was shocking and unfortunate, but also deeply uncomfortable for the royal court, as this made due to the laws of the land young Birgit as an heir to the throne after the ruling king, due to her being a few years older than Gert's other cousin Eigil. This caused an uproar inside the court and this did not amuse young Birgit at all. By this point, any childhood wishes she had about ever being accepted by her family had been left behind, and she decided to take matters to her own hands before any of the family members would decide she was better dead than alive.
Birgit informed the royal court, that for now, at least, she would not contest the claim of the throne, and let Eigil have it, but as a return, she requested the ability to leave her life behind and build it elsewhere, if the family would be ready to fund any escapades she would come up with and let her their ear as requested. The family agreed, and princess Birgit was declared dead that day, as lady Eilibi left the court. Some suggest that name Eilibi was chosen as a mix of names Birgit and Eigil, just as a reminder for the family of the power she would still hold on to them.

Intellectual Characteristics
Happy, jovial and charming - Eilibi has a habit of stealing hearts of people she meets, was it with her endless energy, the joyful attitude of with her quick wit. She is very adaptable, smart and charismatic. Some do doubt her sincerity, though, and she has shown herself to be quite talented of a liar.

Person Eilibi seems most close with is her assistant, Kenku called Chimer. The two seems to share a friendly bond and work together seamlessly.
Family Ties
Eilibi is a bastard child of now-deceased princess Julie Winther and as such part of the ruling royal family. Her relationship to her family is strained, yet she keeps some contact with them when required.
