Numen Hoop University was only recently established, but is gathering interest around Silver Shore Island. Building, once built and functioned as the Silver Shore Island's office of the Royal Academy of Knowledge of Tel'Taurn Tal, the new university finds it's base in the foundings that Royal Academy left behind.
