If you ask for the face of Silver Shore Island, people would tell you it is the Moon Terrace, but the very heart of the island cannot be no other than the sturdy, dwarven metropolis of Stone Halls. It is undeniably the oldest, richest, biggest, and single, most influential city on the whole Island and the reason for its success.

Ruled by the Stone Hall Council and the Stoneskull family, Stone Halls have proven itself as most stable and resourceful of all the factions of the Island. The citizens of Stone Halls, mostly identifying themselves as part of Scarborn, are proud people and ready to tell anyone who dares to question the prestige of their home to:

"Go on with ya, ye snotty bugger. Green ain't yer color!"
