The Sigil

The Sigil is a workshop for magical goods owned by the House Palefury, a branch to their main establishment The Rune in Zaetron Derraz. Located in the less fortunate side of Netehdrez, this brand new establishment has lately been hiring and started a collaborative effort with House Darkmantle and their establishment, the Twisting Nether.

Purpose / Function

At the current point, The Sigil simply works as a workshop for crafting and enchanting magical items, both finer pieces on-demand and less impressive ones for an easier sell. Currently, Palefurys do not sell their good directly from the workshop but work through Darkmantle family and their shop, Twisting Nether, as their reseller.

The shop part of the building is currently for rent, but for now, there is no tenant. There has been discussion about renting part of the space for merchants selling exotic foods.

Alterations

After purchasing the space, May'chalithra has discover a secret room in the cellars of the building. Space has been turned in to an alchemist lab. Whole shop has gone through renovation, with instructions of May's trusted friend, Xalyth Doomreaver.

History

The building itself is aged and was previously a general store, that was owned by a drow lady and her goblin assistant, that has since moved away with their business to an unknown location. After being empty for months, the property was finally purchased in the name of House Palefury in 1st of Jun, 4047 AoS by May'chalithra Palefury.
