The Shop of Necessity

In the city state of Awatto is a little shop that can only be found by wandering through the winding alleyways of the merchant district right in between the Bytown harbour and the Night Market.
If one did not know what they were looking for they would pass right by it. It's entrance looks like the entrance to a cellar. But for those who know, however, are aware that the shop has a reputation of having exactly what you need... even if you did not know you needed it. Often items that seem ordinary end up being extradentary, or the reverse.
