Cult of Modnara

Within the goblin society, most believe that they were brought into existence by the goddess Modnara. Goblins believe she is a goddess of uncertainty and chaos, imprisoned by the other gods during The Incursion as she was volatile and could not be trusted.
Goblins may join the cult on account of their zeal, or are even be forced to join if members decide so on a whim.
The main principle of the cult is chaos, acting on impulse and without logic. Their cause is to adhere to the principles of Modnara, and some hope to see her released from the fabled prison.
A cult member can be spotted quickly, for even their movements are erratic.
There have been instances of Inquisitors of The Holy Order of Helm hunting down cult members which find their way to a populace, for the belief in another god is considered heretical, despite the goblins not falling under the Merrian Racial Accords.
