Cultecheld

Located inside the county of Sey on the island of Clinana.
Cultecheld is a port town built on the reminents of a Chinderin settlement, with a large canal cutting through the town itself. Its sewers frequently shift between the architectural styles of the Chinderin and modern Ashen.

It is split up into 7 districts: East Trade Port, South Fishery, North Docking Port, Stilt Residence, Canal Farmland, North Nobility Sector, and South residence.

A small Alchemy shop with a handful of Druidic items for faith or rituals, in addition to a few stray arcane trinkets. Codfather

Sunkenlock

The Sunkenlock is a small inn providing just enough space for a few beds and a small sitting area on top, but nothing fancy.

Lost and Found

The Lost and Found is a pawn shop with a direct connection to selling fenced goods as well as an access point to the Hourglass Market.

The remnants of the once-great empire are now just a guard force that watches over the province, they have generic armour and wear the banner of the province.

Pearl Trading Company

The Pearl Trading Company value this land extensively for its trade potential, as it provides a space to restock on goods and allows large vessels to dock and transfer the goods to smaller vessels to be taken to shore.

Hourglass

The Hourglass Market is an underground thieves guild that is run by a dragon amassing a hoard.

Clinana Stocks

The local market distribution of trade goods. All legal transactions are monitored by them.
