Mask of Naigahircyn

The mask of Naigahircyn was said to be originally created by the Keuntama, although the size makes it questionable how true this is. The Chinderin in their language of Ahgrondani named the mask "Forgiveness" as the power of stopping magic and healing one by hurting ones self was symbolic of forgiveness to them.
During the rise of the Kyojin Kingdom Kyojin set out to lay claim to this mask.

Legendary Requires the mask to be placed on face during an act of forgiveness Requires Attunement

Grants the wearer two abilities:
Eye of the Innocence. Using an action if they have the Mask of Naigahircyn they can create an anti-magic sphere of 50ft once per long rest lasting 1 minute, no magic can be used inside of the area.
Hands of Wisdom. Using an action they force a creature to make a wisdom save, on failure they can deal 4d8 necrotic damage, which can’t be reduced in any way, and one creature of their choice that they can see within 30ft regains a number of hit points equal to twice the necrotic damage they take. On a success nothing happens.
