It is owned by Kaozar-Zas Sipvenkheft an Ashen who only visits on the Redas.

Mirran who work as barkeeps, Eshen during the day and Ardem at night.
Dhunnam Mician is a female
Huikliis born with mirran customs and does most of the cooking and cleaning.
Laz Rerorzk is a female Ashen who acts like a prostitute and a delivery girl who is 25.
