Sanguine Justice
They are a small gang that formed out of the uncivilized nature of the lower class in Virtuous. They work as a second layer of enforcement that are excused for their crimes by the Shesire Sovereignty because of the peace they keep. They keep the peace by violent acts of torture and death to those who oppose them. They paint the faces of their victims with their own blood as a symbol of their mortality.
Their symbol is a scale tipped to the side with cold coins on the upper section with the lower holding stone which symbolizes the distribution of wealth to the poor. In the centre of the scale is a droplet of blood to symbolize mortality.
