Scribe Monastery

The Scribe Monastery, found within the city of Saluildungpi, although not as large as the other libraries of the Scholars Guild and its sub-guilds, holds one very important function is the documentation of languages. As well as being the place where the creation of scholars' script Serenity took place.
The building before being claimed by the Scholars Guild was used as a place used for faith, but with the faith diminishing at the time the building was put up for sale, which Tisar Sangsivsaluil bought for the early founding of the guild to use. This acted as a residence and work space for all the founders excluding Tisar, but even he would sleep there on occasion. The building continued to use its previous name until Brivak Scribe finished his construction of the language Serenity and sought to make the building distinct from its past uses.
The building however not the main headquarters of the guild, its symbolic nature and history to the founding of the guild have led it to remain within the guild's assets. Often allowing any scholar needing a space to study to make use of it. This has given it a notable reputation among noble scholars for easy entrance into their professional careers.
The monastery would regain its faithful heritage upon a deal between an inquisitor and the guild during the turn of the calendar. This brought back it holy traditions, but under the practices of a new faith, while also functioning as a research site for scholars if so the need arises.
