Volcanic Peninsula

Located in the south east of the continent Khair, the volcanic peninsula is a landmass on which a lot of active volcanoes are located, these being mostly shield volcanoes. The peninsula is suspected to be created by a moving hotspot beneath a continental plate. The emissions of volcanic activity create one of the most hostile environment known to the planet. As a result, only few highly adapted species are to be found here. The predominant sapient species of this location is that of the Tieflings.
