Barnabos Karrick

Barnabos Karrick is a male human in his 50's and is a clerk at the Town Hall of Bryn Shander.
He is known to remove people's names from the monthly sacrifice draw for an exorbitant price, which he calls a VIP package. He has dealt with both Rulf Rowntree before his sudden murder, and the party, to whom he offered a special price so that they don't reveal his secret deals.
