Blind Spot Effect
"He was there a second ago, and was obscured by a passerby for just a heartbeat. And then, nowhere to be seen!
General
Blank Spot Effect is the name of an effect that obscures an affected individual, event or item from the sight of any onlookers at the time of their appearance or disappearance. It is believed to have been constructed by Architect, but its true origin has been lost due to the effects of the Amnesia Pulse.
Manifestations
Usually, a mere instinctual blinking of the spectator will be enough. Other times it is obscured by a passerby, clouds, or blinding sunlight, just to name a few.
Workings
It is believed to pull on the strings of probability to make this obscuration occur at the exact right time as whatever is affected appears or disappears.
Doors of Somewhere.
Best used during chases or dramatic reveals of characters that were considered lost or dead. Good job on the article!
