Rovers
General
Rovers are the unofficial leaders of the L.S.C. The rank is usually given to experienced and respected members within the community. It is unclear exactly how many Rovers exist within Craesto Welk, but at least a few dozen are approximated.
Insurgency Elements
They usually hide their true identities behind code-names and alias, such as Scrap Owl and Rust Wolf, since the Craesto Authority has a tendency to view them as major Insurgency Elements, and tries their best to assassinate them. Unfortunately, they are usually successful on the first try.
Living bait.
Because of this, certain Rovers maintain a greater presence within the L.S.C in order to put themselves in the crossfire and act as protection for the lesser-known Rovers. These receive the special rank of Visible Rovers, or just Visible in short.
Craesto Welk
The Smart Artificial Intelligence program that maintains the megastructure. The human pinnacle of artificial intelligence. Many would call her a goddess in her own right.

Craesto Welk is set in an unknown distant future, possibly several hundred thousand years or so. It is mainly contained within the large megastructure that slowly spins through the empty vacuum of space.
