House Nencar

House Nen Garan (W."Nencar") (S. "Dwelling in Water") A lesser house defending the Vale of and Bog on Nan Turnath. Their cheif holding the Nencar Keep of Nengaran It was situated some two miles to the east of Fornost and stood on an artificial island at the edge of the marshland known as the Nengaran Bogs , where the Nin Erain river flowed into the Baranduin and the King's Road from Fornost (S. "Men Aran") and the Vale Road from Occum (S. "Men Nansern") crossed the marsh and stream to merge.
