• This is a historical Dwarf artifact.
• The seal gives one authority to rule Balinburg and maybe all the dwarves.
• We found a Letter about it in Faern-Ol-Endar.
• According to Tordek, there would be lots of questions on where it was found.
• There may be a reward for its return.
• There would be uproar in the city of Balinburg – possible civil strife, even war.
• Tordek said he thinks it would be best if an Ironhand were to discover it.
• We asked Tordek a lot about the dwarven history of the Ironhand Clan and Copperkettle Clan. 
• The dispute was 350 years ago when the Copperkettles overthrew the Ironhands.
