Fulvia Nostreama (Full-Vee-a Nos-traa-ma)

During this visit, she wrote the lengthy essay she’s best known for today: “Nihilism’s Sacred Garrote.” “Nihilism’s Sacred Garrote” was about the Dominion of the Black’s religious practices. The PC also learns that Ioseff had Fulvia committed to Darakole Asylum in Vyre after she had a nervous breakdown and attempted to burn the manor down.
