Knytt är den minsta sortens tomte som finns. De kommer från Homsedalen på kontinenten Aneara där de levt isolerade i tusentals år och bara nyligen fått kontakt med omvärlden.
Istället för aneaari talar de homsedalska, men språken är avlägset besläktade och de kan med nöd och näppe förstå varandra om de talar långsamt och tydligt.

Gnomes mature at the same rate humans do, and most are expected to settle down into an adult life by around age 40. They can live 350 to almost 500 years.

Gnomes are most often good. Those who tend toward law are sages, engineers, researchers, scholars, investigators or inventors. Those who tend toward chaos are minstrels, tricksters, wanderers, or fanciful jewelers. Gnomes are good-hearted, and even the tricksters among them are more playful than vicious.

Size. Knytt only grow to around 2 to just under 3 feet tall, and are by far the smallest of the gnome subraces. Darkvision. Accustomed to life underground, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray. Gnome Cunning. You have advantage on all Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma saving throws against magic. Knytt Nimbleness. You can move through the space of any creature that is of a size larger than yours. Naturally Stealthy. You can attempt to hide even when you are obscured only by a creature that is at least one size larger than you. Unending Curiosity. Having only just discovered the outside world, knytt are extremely curious and dedicated learners. Learning a new skill, such as a language or how to use artisan's tools, takes 25% less time than normal.

Knytt derive from forest gnomes who settled in a valley on the continent of Aneara thousands of years ago. They became trapped in the valley after a collapse in the Underdark below, and have been isolated there with a unique ecosystem for generations, and they only came in contact with the surface world a few hundred years ago.
Knytt are incredibly honest and very curious creatures, but they can also be overwhelmed and afraid of the large world outside of their valley. They are very loyal and would never betray someone they see as a friend, even if they're scared.
Knytt are by far the smallest of the gnome subraces, standing only about 2-3 feet tall. They have a slightly unique appearance with large, triangular noses and very wildgrown hair. The language they speak in their valley is an extreme accent of the local language of the rest of the continent, and if all parts speak slowly and clearly they are just barely able to understand one another.
