Whitespire
Whitespire is the capital of the Empire, located in the south of Centarium just next to the divide. It is named after the white spire of the royal palce.
Demographics
There are a large amount of farmers and fishermen living outside of the walls. Inside there are merchants, schoolars, nobility, priests and more. Most of the population is human but outside the city walls there are more diversity of halvraces and others.
Government
Defences
There are tree layers of walls to get to the royal palace. The first outer wall is guarded by guards with watchtowers and a moat. It has three drawbridges that lead inside and runs from the river to the sea. The second layer of wall is also goes around the inner city and joins the final wall with two massive stone towers barricading making it impossible to walk onto the final wall. Almost by the water is the royal palace guarded by the final wall with the royal guards keeping watch all the time.
Infrastructure
The city has a major port within the walls and two smaller ports outside. Along the countryside there a numerous wildmills and watermills along the river. In the massive river there are buildings burried from the fall of gods.
