A being of questionable origin, is what he is. Born of a union between a Wingbinder who should know better and an unknown Fisher drake in a Chase. Sending him of all the possible dragons as an ambassador towards us?! Is Shark out of his mind? Son of a Wingbinder
Piercing blue eyes, for some an attractive feature, for others a betrayal of a scandalous origin. Dragons of Fourth All rarely mingle with Fishers, and Sayeth is one such product. Regardless of how he came to be, his youth made him to be a rascal. Instead of shutting himself away as an outcast, he embraced the shunning from other young dragons of his age in order to prove himself - which admittedly netted him into more trouble than most even would see in their lifetime. Sometimes, even trouble that was caused by others would be blamed upon him, yet regardless of all rigid rules of a Foll society, Sayeth was nearly limitless bundle of energy and optimism - something that inadvertently drawn others in. If he were to stay in his native settlement, he would surely find himself a partner and a profession eventually but... His heart was set on exploring instead. Perhaps thanks to his proficiency in causing trouble, he turned out to be a swift and durable flier, even compared to other, full-blooded Foll. And while his initial goal was to find out who his father is, instead, he found a tribe of Fishers that not only welcomed him but showed to be genuinely kind, well-meaning and quickly accepted him amongst themselves. This was the tribe of Shark, a particularly smart Fisher who saw an opportunity in the young Foll hybrid. And thus, while the former troublemaker did not find out who his father was, he found himself a new profession - an ambassador - representative for this water-dwelling tribe. A basis for trade and more formal cooperation between them and their mountain-dwelling neighbours. Sayeth thus works as a sort of a diplomat and a courier of goods, possibly the two least expected professions one would expect the former rascal to turn out to be - but his piercing blue eyes and handsome charisma lands itself well to persuading others. And over time, he earned himself a welcome reputation, especially during the War of Ember - when food scarcity was rampant and his delivery of fish made him a much welcome sight, even for those that once loathed him.Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Lithe and agile. He is a really good sprinter both in the air and underwater but easily tires down.
Body Features
The yellow scales and wings are reminiscent of Foll dragons in their size and coloration, white underside and middling size of claws seem more akin to a Fisher dragon but those claws have no fins between fingers, nor does he have any fins anywhere else on his body.
Facial Features
No horns at all with long ears somewhat similar to Fisher dragons.
Identifying Characteristics
For a male well past adult age, he still sports a large amount of fur along his spine - something that gives him an appearance of an adolescent. Not necessary extremely rare amongst Foll dragons but none of them ever had their fur blue - this is a trait inherited from his father's side
Physical quirks
Tends to utilize his long ears a lot during conversations. Flicking them back and forth if he is restless, perking them up when he is interested and turning them back if he is ashamed or scared.
Special abilities
Claims to be able to tell whenever a rain is coming. Very few dragons believe him.
Apparel & Accessories
In his young age, he used to wear the Apprentice Wingbinder body markings on his wings. Currently wears no honorific colors or signs on his body

Mostly heterosexual, partly affected by Chase but if need be, able to control himself - to a certain extent.
As a rather open-minded and promiscuous individual, living most of his adult life amongst Fisher dragons, he rarely has the need to truly hold his instincts back.

Talks of possible cooperation between Shark's tribe and the queen of Foll dragons are ongoing largely thanks to his connection between both.
Failures & Embarrassments
During his young age, he stole an adult Tiktik and brought it home, unaware that they can't be tamed at such an old age. Unfortunately for him and her mother Amanth Aether, the Tiktik female ruined most of their home equipment in her frantic attempts to escape.
Intellectual Characteristics
Cheerful, trusting, fairly knowledgable in about both Foll dragons and Fisher dragons. After the War of Ember, started learning about Gryphon culture and physiology as well.

Taboos
His lifestyle and somewhat elevated position amongst Shark's tribe is met with envious and worried whispers in the Foll dragon tribes. Some females see him as a threat to the ways of Foll dragons, for if a male hybrid can rise up to a high station amongst his kin, maybe Foll dragon males will eventually feel like they should be able to do so too.

Motivation
The greatest drive of his is simply to enjoy himself as much as possible. While securing peace and other "noble" goals are important to him too, he would not go too far out of his way of a potentially good time. And what better way to make himself look desirable than to ensure there is an alliance and cooperation between Fisher dragons and Foll dragons?

Quick to take action, especially if someone needs first aid. Able to remain calm in stressful situations, very few things can potentially anger him.
Vices & Personality flaws
He is most definitely a coward and will avoid combat and conflict for fear of injuries or his life whenever possible. The promiscuous lifestyle he leads could be also seen as distasteful by Foll dragons or Parash dragons.
