The Circle of Valion
Founded by a wizard known only as Valion in 599, the Circle of Valion has gained fame in many academic circles for their research over the years.
Structure
The Circle is overseen by a High Arcanist, who is appointed by the previous High Arcanist at the time of their retirement. Beneath the High Arcanist are 12 Mystics, specialized mages who often lead research expeditions.
The Circle of Valion has created a number of spells taught only to their students. To perform them in Dedror, Klestan or Kaelora is punishable by law.
