Wilburr Rogg
Wilburr Rogg was an unusual Bullywug detective from the city of Allueia in Merriby West. The The Liarin Defense met Wilburr while looking for work in the city. Rogg was a particularly intelligent member of his species, most of which are forest dwelling tribal creatures.
Wilburr accepted the party's help on a case that he needed some assistance with. Shipments to the city had halted from a small coastal town to the west, and Wilburr suspected that the villagers were in danger. The party joined Wilburr, and soon found all of the townspeople to be locked away in their homes. They feared the streets, and it wasn't long before the party discovered why. A cult of vampires had entered the town, and the party had to battle them off. Despair Mileder contracted vampirism in the fight.
Wilburr would later join The Liarin Defense in The Battle of Liaris. His ally-ship was instrumental in the slaying of one of the invading dragons. Wilburr escaped the collapsing city, and currently resides in the city of Gerrin.
