The island of Kaelora is unified under the Kimgrin Council

In 448, the primarily Dwarven island nation of Kaelora was unified under a common government. A council, known as the Kimgrin Council, is formed by 4 clans. Each clan selects a leader to represent them and their societal needs in government. The formation of the new Dwarven council would repel invaders for years to come.
