Kan Federation
The Kan Federation is comprised of the Glorious Cities of The Kan. Races of elves are the most common hummanoids in the Federation, though humans, genasi, gnomes, tieflings, kobolds and goblins are not uncommon. Members of the orcish sea tribes of the both the southern and northern seas of I Nangwa The Maw Overview do sometimes make their home among the city states of the federation.
The Federation is made up of city states all loosely allied but in constant financial and political competition. Frequently smaller families or lesser nobles will strike out to a smaller city to establish new holdings and try their own fortunes.
