The Broken Hammer
The Broken Hammer is a modest wooden building, with a single salvaged stone wall and a large cellar. It lies just south of the Peoples Aqueduct, near the Hrazdan River deep in the Gloomweave section of Scholars' Roads.
Suspended over the bar is a crudely carved life-sized mermaid. This nearly nude woman is adorned with more than a score of blackened and shriveled severed hands of patrons who did not pay their bills.
Accomodations consist of straw mats near the hearth.
