Vladistock Chergoba

The Jarl of Jattil , he lives on his estate in Kog .
As have all Jarls of Jattil before him, Vladistock has been born and bred to sail, and has worked every conceivable job on a ship as part of his training. However, as ruler of Jattil, his primary role is to ensure ongoing production and repair of the galleys made in Kog that make up not only the military and shipping fleet of Jattil , but the most prized war ships in the Melnean Navy.
