Avar IIb

Avar IIb is the second-largest moon of Avar II, located in the Avar System. The moon displays significant evidence of past mining, presumably by the Avarrian Chroniclers. However, it appears that the materials on the moon are now exhausted, as there are no artificial structures present on the surface.
