Kommissar Rollo Holo Bolo

Kommissar Rollo (Rollie) is a female gnome Kommissar of Shaf Threen .  She was elected to the Kommisarium last election - five years ago.  She has been seen as a more modernist voice on the Kommisarium.
 
Kommissar Rollo was found dead near Armthinkun's house recently.
