Minrath is more than a deity. Minrath is the world, Minrath is all of life. They are the conceptual idea of how the universe and planes are structured and physical being with evidence of their power in the world. The beings of the outer planes, created by Minrath’s first two eyes, are the Deities and Fiends of the prime material plane and it is believed that when you die your soul ascends to one of these other planes. Most would not say they worship Minrath - more they honor them - those that worship nature would be the ones that worship Minrath most commonly (and even then many worship nature/land deities instead it could also be said that those that study the planes are the true worshipers of Minrath. Minrath is often seen as having a dual nature - male genitalia and female breasts - or being completely sexless. There are many myths surrounding Minrath and their creation of things across the planes using various parts of their body, each one is some form of origin for a facet of the universe - this includes the Feywilds, the astral plane, etc.
