Plane Wardens

The Plane Wardens are a widespread order of paladins that protect the borders between the material plane and the outer planes for hundreds of years. This group is diverse worshiping many different deities but all with the goal in mind of protecting the material plane from outside threats and, occasionally, vis versa. Many paladins from this order wander Minrath striking down small incursions but there are some areas that have permanent or regularly opening portals around which these paladins build bases. The Plane Wardens of the Everwood on the border of Garthie  and Lodoss are the oldest known permanent base of this Paladin order.
