One of the most plentiful lands on the First Island Lodoss is mostly home to farmers. The breadbasket of Minrath Lodoss protects its borders with a strong military defense - and due to this a large knight and feudal lord class can be found here. Ruled by Regent Queen Elia until Prince Gerald comes of age, she is a fair and just ruler whose diplomatic skills are legendary. The cities here are a metropolis and cornucopia of diversity but the smallfolk are of humble races.

Relatively high taxes to feed the very large army, however, due to the plenty of the region the peasants do not want for food. Nobles are in charge of collecting their own taxes from the populace and sending the correct portion to the Crown; over taxation is harshly dealt with by the royal army.
Geography
Mostly fields with just enough variation in topography that the land is properly irrigated for perfect fertilization. There are plenty of lakes and tributary rivers to allow for inland fishing.
