Faeila Lael (Fay-Lah Lay-Ehl)
Songstress of Roaenia
Encased in goldIn a prison's holdWhat... have I to live for?
Portrait
Faeila, posing in a golden chair ready for her first publication as a Songstress. Her eyes staring deep into one's own, like dry soil in want of water. Her earthen rose hair half tied up in a Topsy-tail style; light golden streams shone through her mahogany rosette waves, flowing down her left shoulder. A dazzling white butterfly pin sits like a crown atop her head which brings out sun-kissed, under-glow of her fair complexion. A peculiar item embraces her neck what looks to be a seed and a mustard tree encased in transparent crystal.
Melodic Stature
Hmm? Faeila Lael? Oh, you mean our province's Songstress. I suppose she helps a great deal using her songs, but if you ask me, I think it's all a ruse just to appoint herself above the title of Princess...
She is actually a very quiet girl when not singing. She helped me out one time, poor thing. It doesn't look like she enjoys where she is; her eyes tell it well enough. I can't really blame her though, she's pretty much tied up for security reasons... or so they say.
Heritage and Background
It is said Faeila Lael was born in Meinland rather than the Faeding Vales. This is true by her own words, but what we cannot figure out is if she was cast out of the Faeding Vales, forcing her mother to give birth in Roaenia, Meinland. Rumours have spread about her Fae like appearance with some Yumah features as well. Some say if she were truly Fae she would have wings to prove it. No Fae is born without their wings. ~ Whispering Wind ~
Entanglement
Due to Faeila Lael's growing popularity among citizens and the wealthy, she is to be escorted by the Krystal Knights from place to place. A certain one has his eye on her and rather too closely for her comfort.
Solitude
When Faeila has her days off and replenishes her magical state, she is often found at the Ambrosian Maple, their Mother Tree. Upon her lonely visitations no one else is allowed to stop by except the Guarden Keepers and the leader of the Krystal Knights. Sitting back against the mother tree she reads a book called The Sword of Mystery. In the garden around the mother tree they see her stare in awe of the Ambrosian Maple, sometimes hopeful. There was also a time where they saw her do something they thought impossible; she created a flower unlike any they have scene before. This certain species lived on instead of dissipating like magic always does after a measure of creation. The report was made known to the King of Roaenia concerning her magical state and doing. This, of course, did not help her situation and it was told to her that she could not leave her quarters any longer.
Friends
She has one friend that is close to her heart and her name is Zara, one of the Guarden Keepers. Though her recruitment was recent, they have been good friends since childhood.Social
Religious Views
Since she was a small child her eyes told others that she believed in the Bright One. Not able to shake the spiritual nature away, she grew believing that her home was not in Miria. Unable to understand it herself, her imagination took her away to the moon and would gaze at its reflection as if she could see something there no one else could.
