Cieth
Cieth, the Owlfolk knight, is on a mission - to finish the mission of an old friend and ally. The ally was attempting to resolve the situation in the town of Stat, which is currently in a city-wide Timestop-like effect. He is joined in this by three retainers: Dave, the Eager; Keli, the Bold; and Wanda, the Fun One. He has also joined Sam Fatts' Crew, initially in hopes of finding the Chalice of Flowing Time to try to reverse the curse on Stat.
In order to teach Jack a lesson in humility and respecting bird-people, Cieth made a deal with Raven, the Trickster to turn Jack into a bird person until he learns his lesson. Raven decided that turning Jack into a Wereraven would fit the letter of their agreement, but because 'the humanness had to go somewhere', Cieth was turned into a hybrid of an Owlfolk and Human until Jack learns his lesson.
Cieth feelsl ike Raven went back on his word, because Jack says he has respect for bird people now. But he had bigger problems to handle first. The Crew took The Time Machine to Stat, and despite having to fight off some kind of creatures that seemed not only immune to the effect, but beyond space and time, the machine was able to restart time. Cieth now turns his attention to dealing with the curse.
