Otakou

Otakou is a port city. It was the launching point for Sam Fatts' Crew's expedition to find Redfoot the Relentless' greatest treasure. It is also the headquarters of the Bellsame Company, which provides provisions to ships at sea as well as runs a message service, among some other endeavors.
