Barber's Razor
The Barber's Razor is an artifact created in the 17th century by a Malkavian Methuselah. This artifact has been in his possession for over 300 years, but somebody stole it a few months ago. Since then, the police found twenty corpses with cut throats and no blood in their bodies.
She watched the glistening blade, her dark eyes wide from wonder. The Blade looked so beautiful! And it would look even better, once the red juice from that man would wet the metal, make it shimmer and the whispers become louder.
"Kill him," the blade whispers. "Kill them all. They deserve it."
The blade whispered - and she obeyed. How could she resist?
Deep within the catacombs of the city, the Malkavian smiled in his slumber. She had realised. And when she couldn't bear it anymore, she'll be the first victim to his new ascendant.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
At first sight and within the first nights, this item is usable like any other razor. You can use it to open an arteria in the victim and cause the blood to flow out more easily.
Once the blade tasted blood, however, it’ll awake and establish a mental connection to its creator. The dementation of the Malkavian then spreads into the wielder of the Razor. The blade will whisper, first in dreams, then in the hours the wielder is awake. It will beg for blood and only stop for one night, if the wielder kills a human with the blade.
The wielder develops a fear of getting dirty with blood by feeding directly from the vein. They will have a Flaw Feeding: Prey Exclusion (Can’t feed from the vein).

History
Time of Creation
In the year of 1648 a Malkavian Methuselah developed the unusual fear of getting dirty by feeding directly from the vein of his vessels. To prevent himself from starving and getting dirty in that way, he payed a blacksmith to create that razor and set the handle with ivory from Africa.

An unhealthy Appearance
The Razor consists of damask steel and is set into an ivory handle. The blade and the handle are engraved with strange symbols, which follow no known geometry, but seem to draw the attention of the viewer in like a hypnotizing spiral.
