Mass Embrace

Mass Embrace is a Sabbat ritual, that is performed during times of war. The sect uses this ritual to fill their ranks quickly. During a mass embrace more than a dozen new Vampires are created at once.

There are different ways to perform this ritual. Some packs organise a party for the mortals, during which they are drunk and Vitae are instilled. At a certain time, the people are killed and buried. When the newborns dig themselves out of the ground, they are usually caught in a bloodlust and rush to the nearest enemy in sight - the Camarilla.

The second, far more common method is more unpleasant and much faster. Candidates are forced to dig their own graves and then beaten to death with a shovel. After being given Vitae, they are also buried, which has the same effect as the first method.
