Nightclub District

When you enter the nightclub district, you will find yourself surrounded by all kinds of people. Punks, rockers, gothics and ravers walk alongside the party-hungry tourists through the narrow streets of the district, past run-down homeless people. The flickering neon lights colour everything in pleasing red and pink. But all the light in the world cannot mask the stench of stale alcohol and unwashed, sweaty bodies.

As beautiful and inviting as the fronts of the clubs are, as colourful as the lights of the quarter are, they cannot quite hide what lies behind them. Not completely. Sometimes you have the feeling that you are being watched. Sometimes that someone is following you. Is that real, or does it only happen in your own mind?

Just outside the downtown area of the city, the Night Club District is located. The district caters too many tastes, but heavily leans to the exotic and perverted tastes of the undead population of the city. There are standard clubs and bars on the outskirts of the district. The interior of the district pleases darker and more exclusive and marginalised tastes.

This area is one of the main touristic attractions of the city, so the police try to keep the drug abuse and trade, the prostitution and other semi-legal activities within some boundaries. This is a task they can never complete, because the local club owners have an interest in the criminal activities, which they cover within businesses of the district. That is one reason dealers of all sorts trade more delicate wares in dark corners of that district, in the shadows tourists never see. Well… until they end up in one of these corners themselves.

Tram

The tram line 45 runs from the main station in the direction of the club quarter, circling it once before returning to the main station. Every five minutes a tram leaves from the main station, even if there is a break in the timetable between 1 and 3 a.m.

Metro

Only in recent years has the line 2 metro got a station in the nightclub district, ensuring that people from all over the city can come here around the clock. The trains run around the clock and are completely autonomous.

For many of the local party people, GoS Wearables is the only shop where they can get the clubwear they want. From rave to fetish party, the interested visitor will find what he is looking for. Joe's

Joe's is one of those little bars that you easily overlook. At least until you need something to eat in the morning when you're drunk. Then it's one of the most inviting shops in the city. At Joe's you get strong coffee, a cold beer, and also something to eat. But you should not ask what kind of meat it is. The bartender in the night hours is Ramon, a pale, dark-haired guy with a penetrating look who doesn't hesitate to throw those who want to riot onto the street. Literally.

Kitten's Heaven

Kitten's Heaven is a strip club hidden deep in the maze of alleys in the neighbourhood. Supposedly it is also part of the Goddess of Sex empire and offers more than pretty girls taking their clothes off. Rumour has it that there is an exclusive and extremely expensive brothel on the top floor of the club - and that the girls who work at the club are the ones who don't serve the taste of the masses in movies anymore.

Broken Annie

Broken Annie was a member of the upper class of the city once. Then she met that guy, and when he showed her who he really was, she lost her sanity about that. She spent a lot of time in a sanatory, and when she came back, she was nothing more than a drug addict. Today she sells drugs to partying people near the subway station, to get the money for her own addiction.
