Character Creation

In Miserlond the lines of good and evil are blurred, and as such your characters will not have traditional alignments. Monsters and fairies are just as abundant as the humanoid races, and being a monster does not automatically make you "evil."
The intent of this campaign is to have a more in depth world that is heavy in lore, and as such character backstory will be just as important as character stats. Without choosing too specific of a class (as we will base class on stats once rolled), be sure to write up a character backstory that you feel attached to! Be as in depth as you want, and feel free to add any extra information you want, including family, friends, etc.
Rather than having specific races to determine what you look like etc, we will simply be choosing a race that we like the stats/abilities of, and choosing any character description that we want. Race stats will be approved by the DM prior to rolling stats, and some suggested alteration may be made, either based on what seems more appropriate, or to avoid severely OP characters.
This is a story campaign, not a fighting ring, so don't worry about being the strongest of the strong, just make a character you connect with and love!

How to upload your character sheet from DND Beyond:

1. Login to your worldanvil account, and on the sidebar click on "sheet"

2. Once you are on the sheet page, select "edit sheet" on the right hand side of the webpage

3. From here you are either able to manually input data from your character sheet, if you are glutton for punishment, or you can upload your sheet directly from DND Beyond! To do this, simply press "Import from DND Beyond" on the right hand side of the webpage.

4. When you click on import you will get a popup asking for your characters ID. This is located in the URL of your DND Beyond character sheet webpage. You only need the last numbers in the URL, and can disregard the rest.

5. And from here you are done! Be sure to check out all the cool features this gives you! Including your stats showing on your characters page, and the ability to roll directly from the sheet by clicking on the stat you are rolling with!
