Aklash - The Choking Wind

The Aklash is a semi-intelligent Ivashu best known for its incredibly foul breath. Its hairless body is covered by rolls of rapidly regenerating protective pale fat. To be killed, its brain located deep within its thorax, must be destroyed. Its eyes are small and insensitive.

The omnivorous Aklash has a voracious appetite and dwelling mainly in alpine forests following the migration of their favorite prey, mountain goats and deer. They also feed on needle leaf cones and alpine berries.

They rely on their overpowering foul breath to overcome prey and finish it with their huge, fanged mouth or brutal Aklash claws.

Lifespan: 30 to 40 years
