Eder
Millennia ago, on Yashain, the realm of the gods was at war. Legend says that Eder was a god expelled from his forest home and imprisoned in a massive cave beneath the ocean. The Gulf of Ederwyn, lying to the south of Hârn is named after the captive god. Locals say that Eder’s endless struggles to escape cause the rough seas of this gulf.
The Adaenum, Kamaki, and Chymak tribal nations along Hârn’s southern coast each worship different aspects of Eder. None are aware that they are worshiping the same god. There are the occasional Eder Cults mostly among fishing communities in the Kingdom of Rethem, Kingdom of Kanday, and the Kingdom of Melderyn. These cults are mostly ignored by secular authorities, although religious Zealots from both the churches of Larani, Agrik, and especially Morgath have been known to persecute worshipers.
It is expected if Eder was ever to escape his imprisonment. There would be immense devastation in Southern Hârn.
