Serolan

A Serolan is a High Priest of a Temple of Larani usually appointed by Serekela (Archbishop) or a Rekela (bishops).

Depending on the location, size, and wealth of a temple, some Serolan wield considerable political power.

He or she manages temple policy in consultation with the other four temple masters, i.e., the Council of Five. Temple and policy decisions are made by a majority vote of the Temple masters, with the High Priest having three votes while the other temple masters have one vote each.
