The King of the uttermost west Siem is the eldest of the lesser gods, and probably the wisest. He is the god of nature, dreams, and prophecy. His worshipers a few, found in isolated communities of Jarin or villages containing the old blood, and among those who stubbornly resist the growth of civilization and exploitation of the natural world.

He is the patron of the few remaining Druids and the secret society of Rangers the Uthriem Roliri.
Unlike Harnic Cannon, in this version of Hârn he is not the primary deity of the Elves and Dwarves. They have their own pantheon of gods.
