Omute Oruh Institute of Fine Arts
Purpose / Function
The Omute Oruh Institute of Fine Arts, colloquially referred to as the IFA or Double-O, is Hyrule's premier college for the artistically inclined and the luminous blue standard of training in the classical arts. It contrasts Hyrule Castle University and its more general range of courses, and it has a rigorous application process.
Architecture
The Institute is often lauded as one of the most beautiful structures in all of the Domain, rivaling even the Hall of the Zora King. Its central admissions building and original classrooms were some of the last structures in the Domain to be built entirely out of blue luminous stone, and its architecture set the precedent for Zora designs for a century.
History
The Institute was in construction between the years 433 and 437 but opened its doors to students in 436. It was originally only open to Zora students, but the board voted to allow other species access in 449 after the Institute's renown spiked and encouraged more applications.
