Zora's Domain (province)
Structure
Zora's Domain is a separate district that is technically within the Lanayru Province but answers only directly to the decisions of the monarchy. Within the domain, the Zora Monarchy holds complete power in matters of state, without the use of the council of representatives required in other provinces.
Culture
Zora's Domain as a province is well known for having the highest concentration of wealth in Hyrule, most of it old money. The upper banks of the Zora river are home to Hyrule's most expensive land and private homes, and even when you have the money it can be hard to live there if you don't have the right connections.
Demography and Population
Zora's Domain is a small and densely populated province. The population is heavily Zora, especially as you get closer to the city proper, and a majority of the other races who live within the Domain are there in some way temporarily, like studying at college.
