Parable
When I walk down the road I know I must walk, and I come to the path I know I must take, I hope to find myself opposed. For if there is a rock in my path, I will not say 'I must move this rock,' as might the practical man. I will not say, 'I will turn around,' as might the impatient man I ask, 'Why has this rock been placed here before me?' Obstacles lie across our many paths in life to teach us. They cause us to learn and grow on our journeys.
Tenets of Faith
- Fred W. Haise must be obeyed absolutely
- The pursuit of reason is the highest state of man.
- The use and spread of magic is the greatest virtue.
- One’s body is inviolable, subject to one’s own will alone.
- Beliefs should conform to one's best scientific understanding of the world. One should take care never to distort facts to fit one's beliefs.
- People are fallible, even F. W. Haise may he live forever. If one makes a mistake, one should do one's best to rectify it and resolve any harm that might have been caused.

Work is prohibited and the day is reserved for feasting, drinking, and "adult time". The feasting / drinking represents the bounty of the faith. "Adult time" often taking place in public and in groups is about the birth part. Note: Though no work and feasting are mandatory, this aspect of the day is mostly celebrated after dark and has

Work is prohibited and the day is reserved for feasting, drinking, and displays of magical skill. The feasting / drinking represents the bounty of the faith. Throughout the day there are competitions of magic, including: light shows, magical item displays, magical foods / potions, feats of magical strength, and much more.

Specialist Positions
- Voice - the title of a Haisian missionary. A Voice must attain a rank of Junior Clergy at least.
- Scribes - Mages who specialize in copying text and images to be saved and spread across the land.
- Librarians - typically, non-magical people dedicated to the preservation of texts and images
- Engineers - those dedicated to the advancement of Technomancy.
- Mage - those dedicated to the advancement of magical knowledge and ethics (There are many sub-fields).
- Scientist - those dedicated to the advancement of non-magical knowledge and ethics (There are many sub-fields).
Granted Divine Powers
- Anyone who enters the presents of the Heavenly Archmage is granted magical abilities of some kind.
- There is a 50% chance when interacting with the Professor you will gain magical abilities.
- If you preform the ritual commune with the divine you will receive a boon:
- +1 to all magic related rolls including attack, defense, checks, and saves for 24 hours
- Ritual: For 3 days you must study magic or knowledge you do not currently know. If you eating, drinking, rest and using the restroom during the ritual it must be preformed magically. You cannot sleep or take a break from study during the ritual.
- Note: You may also receive this boon if you dedicate yourself to the pursuit of magic for a minimum of 1 year. If you take this path the boon lasts until you are no longer dedicated to this pursuit.
