Elkandar Teken'Duis

While the party believed Elkandar to be a dark elf sent by Nhilcyria Teken'duis from the House Teken'duis to recruit Bolvaic and his allies, he was, in fact, a slaad masquerading as the dark elf and was, instead, trying to lure the party in to meet with Malthus Normal in order to get the Elder's Metatext from Ilbryen to free the Mad God, Nyctelios, from his prison. He had a cranium rat with him to help guide him from his more chaotic impluses. He was discovered by the party and slain.
There was an Elkandar of House Teken'duis, but the slaad had taken on his form and the party had not met the "original" Elkandar.
