Saevel Isillothe
Saevel is the high elven grandfather of Lysandrea Isillothe with ties to elven nobility. When his son married a human, he disinherited him and disowned his son. After the birth of his three granddaughters and the death of his son, he felt regret for his actions and cutting himself away from his grandchildren, but his pride and ego were too strong for him simply to undo his actions to bring his grandchildren back into his life. However, the wedding of one of his daughters into a prestigious family could be an event that allows him to reverse his decision while still saving face.
He had been using the wedding of his granddaughter, Lysandrea's marriage to Maximillian D'arlington to accept her and her family back into the lineage. However, the murder of the groom by his grandson, Thalgion, created a wrinkle in his plan, though his dishonorable act by his grandson allowed him to step forth and accept the family back.
